you can buy an m-audio audiophile 2496 for $99 (no tax - free
shipping) from zzounds.com, and it comes with the full version of
ableton4 i believe.. they might be packaging it with v5 now im not
sure!

even still you can use v4 for a while and probably just pay for the
cheaper upgrade...
