As well as this he is a highly skilled producer with releases on L.H.B, Swag, Wiggle, Pirate radio, and Visitor among others. Being a producer as well as a DJ gives Gideon a great insight to what works on the dance floor for this style of music. This becomes apparent when you hear him play, or when listening to his production. He has developed his own style, described as a tough warehouse feel, with hypnotic soulful undertones that definitely affect your subconscious. His production is often incorporated with his DJ ing - and to understand this it needs to be heard! Next show.... Weds 23rd Feb ROB MELLO (Classic) London based DJ and Producer Rob Mello has recorded, produced, and remixed a plethora of House records since 1992 under various guises. One of these illustrious guises was the pioneering disco house duo Disco Elements, previously signed to Azuli Records. Rob was also co-founder of the saucy house label Luxury Service and produced the first Black Science Orchestra single with Ashley Beadle, Where were you, released on the legendary London house label, Boys Own.
